We ship via USPS or Fedex depending on your location and order. We offer a variety of options in the checkout process. Unless otherwise indicated, all Free Shipping and Flat Rate shipping selections will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please choose what best fits your needs. Please note that we will ship your items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders received after 2pm will not be processed until the following day. Please keep this in mind when choosing shipping options and understand that overnight delivery methods may take 2-3 days from the time you place your order. Look for the  logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. Your order may qualify for FREE SHIPPING, which are generally shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Items eligible for Free Shipping are subject to a minimum order value of $99. If your order total is less than $99, Free Shipping will not apply.
To protect against fraudulent transactions, if your billing address and shipping address are not the same, Lunasee may verify the transaction prior to completing the order. If we are unable to verify, your order may be voided or canceled.
If USPS or Fedex are unable to deliver your package to the address provided for any reason and the item is returned, we will cancel your order and refund the amount of your order less the shipping costs. We do not take responsibility for the inability of the carrier to deliver to the address provided.
Lunasee will provide international shipping options to certain countries which will be listed in the dropdown box in the checkout process. These shipping options do not include any import duties or other importation fees or restrictions that may be applied upon import. Any such import duties or other fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. If you country is not listed in the dropdown box, please contact us and we can investigate shipping options to your country.
USPS Priority Mail International service estimates delivery time to be 6-10 business days for most major destinations, and tracking capability MAY be available depending on the destination. The 6-10 business days is only an estimate and USPS does not guarantee delivery within this time. If you prefer an Express Service, please email us at sales@lunasee.com and we can investigate this service.
TRACKING: Lunasee does NOT take responsibility for any packages shipped via services that do NOT provide tracking. If you would like tracking and are unsure about whether tracking is provided, please contact Lunasee and we will confirm. Please choose your shipping option accordingly.
