Warranty Return Process

In the event you experience a problem with your Lunasee product within the Warranty Period, please follow the steps below.

Step 1
Contact Lunasee at techsupport@lunasee.com to get a Troubleshooting Guide if necessary to assist in resolving your issue, or to assist in identifying the component that is defective.

Step 2
Once you have identified the defect, contact Lunasee to get an RMA number and request a Warranty Service Form. We will not accept any returns without a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Proof of purchase is also required for Warranty Service. Click here to see full Limited Warranty and exclusions.

Step 3
Complete the Warranty Service Form.

Step 4
Package the product or component securely and include the Warranty Service Form. Ship the package to the following Authorized Service Center:

You are responsible for all shipping costs to the Lunasee Authorized Service Center. We recommend using an insured service, particularly for international shipments. We are not responsible for returns that are never received. This applies to all warranty returns, including international warranty returns. If we establish other Authorized Service Centers, we will include them above.
